  All prices are per room in euro currency. (The rates are per room per night, for double use only and include vat all legal taxes.)
  Tax: The end of resilience in the climate crisis is €1.50 per day for the room.

Day use: 12p.m. Departure time, 15p.m. 30% the price of the room, 17.00p.m. 50% the price of the room.

Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children s cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 15 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.

Cancellation Policy:
- If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be changed.
- If cancelled or modified later, 40% percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations will be considered valid after 40% of the total amount is deposited. This down payment will be considered as a guarantee for the reservation.
